Flax seeds are now recognized in human food for their nutritional qualities, in particular fibers, lignans and above all Omega 3... But consuming raw flax seeds does not enable these precious nutrients which are vital for our bodies to be assimilated. So, Valorex has developed a patented TRADILIN® process to make the most of all the nutritional benefits offered by flax seeds and is offering a range of flax flours to assist you with your innovative projects.

VALOREX’s Human Food Know-How is based on the TRADILIN® process. This patented process is used to manufacture flax flours whose nutritional benefits have been proven by scientific and clinical studies (80% Omega 3 digestibility on an extruded flax seed compared with 40% on a ground flax seed).
